I'd say toe to toe, TSI wins due to HP and regen, plus after Hyroin goes off my TSI would be faster so I'd be a hit ahead of you unless you combo but it would be a rng win for sure... he's georgeous... guessing he's T1, right?

also, with RJ, I wouldn't stand a chance against him, FYI
