They'll probably release it soon, can't wait for that lovevy Seinen Byakuya too. It'll be a fucking great new vanguard to this dumb game.

The Isshin problem happened after they nerfed him, then added back the pre-nerf version in the Dominators event (probably by mistake). They couldn't take him away from people that got him there so they re-named the pre-nerf one later. It did cause a lot of problems with disabling the bonds with Isshin for a while.

Some people had both versions, you can't have duplicate characters. The original was changed to the nerfed version, so all that had him were before were changed to the nerfed version. The Dominators event added the pre-nerf version back and the game then had both versions.

As far as not taking characters away, look at recent history with UBP being bugged. GG didn't make people dismiss or sell Ryuken when they wanted Hiki.
