It says that soul power, have a 40% final damage reduction. Does that mean that my damage is decreased by 40%? These translations are killing me.

It does work. The normal reincarnation types has a rock/paper/scissors type of setup where you do more/normal/less damage to who you are attacking depending on their reincarnation type to yours. Soul Power will take 40% less damage(at red reincarnation) from the normal 3 reincarnation types.

also, I remember you saying something about needing to try for it a certain number of times before it happens... how many coupons does it cost to get soul power/destruction power?

also, that attribute DOES reset when you reincarnate to a higher level, right?

It takes spending 10k coupons for Soul Power, i have tested this on about 5 partners. Soul Destruction takes 20k coupons, this was tested by rythen.

You will not lose Soul Power by reincarnating again. The reincarnation effect and type will not change unless you reset them.

very nice!! I should get mine next season... but I've already lost about 200 this season as my bottom row keeps getting blocked, lol with those scrubs would fucking move up and quit blocking me, lol

Think about it as unlocking the possibility of getting the attributes. When you spend 10k coupons, Soul is placed into the pool of possible powers you can randomly reset to, and it stays in that pool. It works the same for Destruction.

So if you got Destruction and decided later Soul was better for what you were doing, you can easily go back with a few reset.

as for those super hard to get attribs, they shouldnt reset when u reinc

Are you saying that if I spend the 10k coupons on my TSI, that I can then get Soul on anyone randomly, or only on TSI it will show up randomly?

yeah, Ayase only has 4k inferno stones, so it will take quite a while for him to get... hey, between White Ichigo and B Renji, who would better fit in this team for ES and Ryoka in your opinion

Sogyo, Muken, Shinso, Retsu K, Main 8th

on one hand, I think white is probably better in Void, but on the other hand, Renji is almost definitely better than Ichi in ES, even with his +25% attack rate on my hard stacked Muken as Renji's attack % and raw attack stat should be higher than Ichi's...

at this point, ES > Void as Void has 2M+ def, however if they ever fix Void, then Void will be much more important...

curious, what phy attack is needed to really deal damage on Void these days?

as for doin dmg in void, if void has 1 mil def, u need 1.4 - 1.5 mil dmg atleast to do some visible dmg,

side note, fatass ichibei is quite nice lols, and it has more hp than ur tsi

his HP isn't the issue with him... it's the fact he has no real damage output that I can find... however, 161% block rate, plus a 700k attack stat, lol with a sick regen on self... yeah I'd still take my TSI over Ichebe

well let me put it this way, since whitebeard got hes rj, i rarely was able to beat him even tho i have more dmg and speed, it was all down to the reinc 300% proc, but now with fatty's regen to whole team didnt lose the dmg i whould have by puttin unohana in so i can beat him now
so yeh, ichibei wont win any awards for high block or dmg output any time soon, least mine wont, but in regards of team helper he surely did the job for me and will continue to do so

No, they are separate powers. Soul reduces 40% damage regardless off who attacks you just as Destruction increases 40% damage regardless of who attacks you. That's how it works for all reincarnation powers.

The thing to consider is the additional 30% damage reduction you get when you are hit by an enemy. This changes based on the powers each opponent has.

Destruction Power has this guaranteed 30% damage reduction against all types of reincarnation (or lack thereof) *except itself.*

Same for Soul Power.

So, if two assaulters had Destruction, neither would get the 30% reduction against the other, but if it were some other type, it's guaranteed.

from what mayuri told me, you have to spend 10k coupons retrying them, then the soul power becomes possible to get, but only on the partner that you spent the 10k on

for someone leaning on the whole team, Ichebe can for sure be a great team player... just not my cup of tea, lol... plus I just finished paying off my TSI, so no way I'd make that swap, lol

Maybe a stupid question but do I need to tick the option which resets attribute power which costs 10 soul stones on top of that try for 200 coupons? Because that way I would need to waste 500 soul stones just to access that power which I dont even have

So, after I get soul power on one partner, I need to spend another 10k coupon/gold to get soul power on my second partner????

You are correct. If you spend over the 10k, I think you have to spend up to a total of 12k for it to show up again.
