It's not bug. Invincibility won't save you from zanpakuto skill.

Muken has mod "ignore enemy invincibility" so it's not bus as well

Death mod won’t work in 2 situations:
-when everyone at your team died before/at same time as partner with death mod
-when partner with death mod is killed by zanpaktou
So I don’t think it’s a bug

I should be more precise here, I meant when partner is killed by zanpaktou’s direct attack, RJ’s mutilate and ignite don’t differ from effects casted by partners so when character with death mod is killed by it, death mod will still activate

first of all please use "reply" or there is a chance I won't see your answer

as for your picture, it's quite irrelevant, you also don't have information that zanpaktou's attacks ignore invincibility in- for example- hiki's skill description, in game there are simply things that aren't explained properly, on top of that there are things with wrong description

(example: senbonzakura),
and I'm saying it's not a bug because of this

it's shy nemu's death mod description from wiki and since all death mods have same mechanic it's quite logical to assume that yoru's death mod is intended to work like that as well, also I know that using wiki as a proof may not be too convincing but IMO wiki has more reliable information than game itself and if something is wrong there it's most likely because information is outdated (for example partner's cost, mod frags needed to modify) and not because authors can't even write description properly

of course the description on the wiki is easier to edit than the bug in the games
PS correct in the description that a direct attack from zanpakto and not debuff, and then again someone will not understand correctly
