AND, when u finish all the Ryokas in a wave, there is cd time (10 Sec) before u can fight the next wave

the way Ryoka works, all VIP4 does is let you skip battle letting you hit sooner...  the 10 to 15 second cooldown (I know it's over 10 secs because there is 10 secs between rounds and if I get last kill round 8, I "bounce" off of first ryoka in round 9 a few times if that example works)  it's exactly as intended...  if you kill ryoka you don't get the 60 second cooldown, but after a kill you still get a 13ish second cooldown time even though the game looks like you should be able to kill again

Without that cd player with lower ping or slower flash animation would never hit any ryoka at all if there're more than 5 ppl.

Well it's not a bug to begin with. It gives the game time to make sure your item you won during the battle is delivered along with allowing the damage you did to be input. Along with a few other things that some people don't really pay attention to. Does it suck? Sure I wish there wasn't a CD either for Ryoka because then, I could get more items at a quicker pace.
