I currently run Sado , main , renji , rukia and momo/nemu for pvp and rukia main renji ichigo and momo/nemu for PVE .
I'm currently worried about what should i do with rukias speed , the recommended stat (spirit stones) for her is agility but if she goes faster than my assaulters won't she mess up at the first round ( main an renji will end up with 130-145 rage which is not needed ) so i thought she should be slower than the formation's assaulters but is keeping me from upgrading my bp since i have to check and nerf her speed everytime i up reiatsu or inlay stones or hogu on her , is it really ok for her to be slower than the assaulters for pve or i should start making her faster ?

You need to add at least 50 fury (per round), 30 or 45 little will change for your partners(excluding Ichi of course), still need 2 moves to gain more than 100. But in general, I understand that the more fury, the more kido damage.

sorry i'm dumb , how do i add the fury that rukia gives ? also if there is more than 100 fury there will be more damage done ?

By giving crit stones to rukia you can make her give 45 fury. After that two basic fury stones per аssaulter will work as t1.
Yes. you get extra damage, specificly 0.25% per each fury point over 100

Thank you very much for the explanation , fury stones sure are hard to get but ill add speed to her now that i know the extra fury wont go to waste

Nemu is not needed at all, even for pvp, heal isn't the best thing to invest in below lvl 90. LVl 90 tavern gives unohana which is basically a healing god (Recovers all fury after using heal skill) so i would advise you to stay away from healers, like orhime. Also, if u think that bp is an accurate measure of your battle "strength" then its not......really. You really don't need to focus on building bp because your partners will do that for u. About the rukia prob, keep her as fast as possible, once u get fury stones then all of ur characters can use skill first turn. To wrap it up, IMO make her fast. Once u get those fury stones, ull need her to be fast.
