haineko is garbage, tengen CAN be good with a stacked vang, but usually Kazeshini will do better in pvp, and Zabimaru will be better in pve
and ashisoji jizo is very solid for support based teams, and tanky teams too as his poison damage can do some alright damage when paired with burn (although mutulate and poison overwrite each other I've heard)

Zabimaru for PVE and Kazeshini for PVP until you can replace them with better versions .
You dont need haineko , you dont need gegetsubiri dont waste time and resources on them .
Your Reiatsu is too low so until you get Zabimaru just use Kazeshini for both PVE and PVP , once you get zabi and get it to bankai at least and fortify it nicely you can start using Zabimaru for PVE and Kazeshini for PVP .
BUT YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR REIATSU A WHOLE LOT MORE
