But raising reiastu level beyond 50 is very costy about 100kk per level beyond 50 and 150kk beyond 80

Well until level 100 it is pretty cheap. Especially if you make use of the quick jump at 11-12, 22-23, 33 etc through the use of reiatsu pills. Higher, well it is up to you but it is still usually cheaper than fortifying equipment for the same amount of boost. But be ready to cough up over a billion silver for each level beyond lvl 110 And over 2 billion for 120+
People usually spent on fortify simply because they have silver to spare not because the boost is really worth the cost.
