I've topped up for 500$ and i didnt get my gold yet and the cash has been taked from my card.

ive posted on bugs report 20mins ago and there was no answer or helpful comments.

Server: 118

Char name: IceBreaker.

if thats possible i want my money back i dont want the gold anymore. thanks.

you have to send email to support directly, since its topping up issues they may take 5 days to respond lol, they got in touch on 10th day after initial email and that was after when i filed for a rfund.

It can take a lot of time to process 500 for both the intermediate and your bank. Next time try 5 dollars to see if it goes through first.

well I've just topped up by using paypal and it works fine.

so i think the problem is from PaymentWall.

Word of advice...Use paypal. It the only method that work 100% of the time for me. All the other methods screwed me over 1 way or another.

Thanks for the advice but i still need the 20k GG that i topped up for.

i don't know why its taking so long and why the admins dont help me understanding what the problem is

prior knowledge? so you set the standards for minimum knowledge required to topup for a game? dude the more you talk the more shit you sound. i would suggest not posting at all for a week, ppl might then forget about all the nonsense you have been yapping around here. He is doing the topup, he definitely must have read the forums to get a fair idea, if not he will ask around and ppl will help him out. Or should one reach your lvl to do a 500$ topup?

ok guys, before topping up you should attend the refresher course class by yagami teacher. Only then should one do a topup no matter how big or small.

do one thing, throw yourself into the sewage. meh, some ppl think just because they are some top player they can talk anything and get away with it.

na it wasn't my fault to be honest.

when they had problems with that n most people didn't get their GG from topping up
they should have removed it or cancel it till they fix it or something.

i played the game and there was topping for GG so i had a go with it there was nothing
telling me theres a problem with it until i asked people in the game and they told me.

I played Ultimated Naruto and PockiePirates i topped up on these games and there was no problems
with it.

And now its been like 26 hours and i still didn't get my GG and there was no answer from them Admins.
to be honest they should be around if they have problems like that to sort people out.

support WONT answer you. infact they f***'d me of so bad with ignoring a request that didnt go through i claimed almost all funds back via my bank and visa protection (they screwed up when needed it at end of event and needed it to finish what doing). Been over 6weeks and they still not answered initial email.

step 1) if want the gold put an email to company paid through
step 2) if no response/want put claim to your card company for goods not recieved

this the only way to get issue resolved

yeah, since gogames support is always like that, it makes me too lazy to report any bugs,

i sent my e-mail months ago about other bugs and still havent been solved

the probability of getting reply from them is just like winning a lottery

wow thats so sad tbh. ive had no problems topping up so far but geez if this how they are handling bugs....

rather not top up till its fixed.... have you called your card company? they should help you out faster then gogames

If you have not yet noticed Gogames is quite greedy.

You may have to go as far as suing them to get your money back and if you do email them it will be awhile before you get an answer because gogames is not very efficient.
