You are in the wrong forum mate, need to go to bug/tech support then payment bugs. It may take them any where from 2h to a week but it will get resolved.

Calm down, if you don't like this game, simply stop playing it. Posting this kind of things on the forum is just a waste of time, and I believe that no one cares about it.
