top up gold not coming

Tried to top up 10$ checked everything as usual nothing happened at the end after I pressed pay it didn't redirected me to the usual screen the one with rate us and normal order ticket count etc . Tried again 10$ may be I screwed something up , did the same pressed pay it stayed 2-3 min to load the page ( a lot more than usual ) and after a while of loading this showed up .

almost an hour has passed nothing received , I also sent a ticket to support ... do any of you have an idea of what its the issue ?

let alone that I waited for a combo of events which occurs now , time doesn't stay but I waited for time to come
