Several declines and non received gold [Copy URL]

I had several declines this week, and didn't think nothing of it, just kept redoing it till it went through. Then I looked at my statement. After getting a bit upset, I see that some people have been getting money back. I also see a post saying we have to wait till next month...why next month?

Anyways, I switched to Payment Wall, did not have any issues. Till now. I made a purchase, got the thank you message afterwards, I closed the tab, went back to the game. No gold has been received yet. e_e

As of now, still have not received gold, nor any money returns from AmoPay issues.

THe last purchase of gold did finally come in, but I still havent got any of the money back from the "declined" payments.

Took me a few days for the money to be returned from the declined payments. Also, Paymentwall sometimes bugs out, accepts the purchase and then gives the money back if no gold is given.

You can call your bank in a few days and give them notice if nothing has been returned.

Like the person above me said, call the bank and ask them to give you the money back. And a lot of people stated a problem regarding AmoPay, you should have expected something like this to happen.

Mine happend well before the bitching on the forums. Thus I never bothered to check my balance, figured it didn't go through (I mean it was declined right, error on their end) Also I really don't have a bank persay, I use a prepaid debit card.

I didn't notice till later when I seen all of the money missing. I know I spent a lot as VIP 8, but not what was missing, which was a few hundred extra. That's why I switched to Payment Wall, and it worked, till this last time, which just took forever to get gold.

Oh, I see. Well this game should do something about these payment problems, its not normal.

me too get this problem i want to buy gold but i dont get the gold but the money was sended. I hope i can get back my money or get the gold which i donate

i having a problem right now im purchase some gold using Online Banking thru Payment Wall, and it seems i didn't recieve the gold, im just wondering why did they charge me and i get nothing.?

Aaaan Payment Wall I guess screwed up again. Bought $50 for 2k gold, an hour later still no gold :/ *sigh*

I didn't get no decline message, got the green COmplete message...but nothing :/
