Why do we have to wait a month?!? and why didnt you send out a notice before the event? your stealing from us and nothing is returned if your giving us it next month you should compensate us for the wait and the "loan" we gave you guys (which should be double the amount of gold we should've gotten), i hope you guys dont think were lying about this because thats Bs you guys have a log and you get it right away and if you take money without returning what was promised thats jail time for your company id advise you guys do what your promised and dont slack and use our money on stupid stuff, and you might think "oh we might lose 1-10 customer" because thats not how it works, word will get around fast that you guys are waiting to give us it in a month and people will shut you down and take 10x more money then you made on this site and you all will have jail time theres no doubt about it thing is you guys think you know it all and know how to handle thing well obviously you dont, you guys need to fix things now and fast because things will catch up to you guys, so please i hope i explained my retort thorough enough for you guys to understand the situation your in right now, im not trying to piss you guys off but i mean what if we did that to you? all im saying on the behalf of everyone that it has happened to and will happen to, fix it, and fast, please.

Calm down first off...

It's not GoGames fault. The way the system works, you send your payment to AmoPay, or PaymentWall, they receive your money, once it's processed it's sent to GoGames, once GoGames has it, they credit you with your gold.

The problem is, what is basically AmoPays fraud protection program is stopping payments. Thus, GoGames never even see's the money. It's a problem with AmoPay and Payment Wall. I've been reassured they are working on the issues with AmoPay and PaymentWall to resolve these issues. If you don't get your money back, or no gold, your account will be credited it's money back next month, that's the way AmoPay does it, has nothing to do with GoGames.

Well i will have money in my account and i wont know when ill get it exactly so why cant they just give me the gold next month? i have proof that it happened, dude i need that money in game i have the #1 guild in s26 and i need to keep them up in rank and i promised my guilds men that id do that and plus im trying to do the event and well i cant due to the fact your guys payment option is only those two options, but tell me im wrong? please id like to here how were all wrong in this predicament and how we cant get anything in return even though we all have proof... Dude im a very respectful person but when im stolen from i dont take that. no one does. just assure us some type of compensation for the problem we are having and the time you guys have wasted, i mean why were there no notice sent out?!? come on, you cant say you guy didnt know till now i mean i wouldve liked to have known of this before i payed money because what if some one does it again after the error? oh look that double the amount gone but he doesnt know. so he does it again. oh look thats 3 times now not knowing whats going on. so lets say he did 50 the first time and the second and the third. well thats 150 outta his bank and he doesnt know and oh look rents due and oh no he has no money because he did it 5 times and cleaned out his bank and now hes kicked out. see the picture im painting for you? you never know whats gonna happen. send a notice right away before you get more angry post and emails and all that because people could be doing it right now. im just saying man im sorry you had to hear it from me and sorry im saying all this to you but im trying to help me, you, and everyone out. i hope you see where im coming from.

it is GoGames fault, it was there decision to use AmoPay and Pamentwall, its been stealing peoples money and they have done nothing to rectify the issues, its been 2 weeks now.

We are customers of GoGames they are held completely responsible.
Whatever issues AmoPay and Payment wall have are between them and GoGames.

They are not responsible. They are trying to work to fix these issues with AmoPay as far as I'm aware. If GoGames had your money then yes, it would be, but they don't...AmoPay does. It's the same as PayPal screwing up, which it has in the past.

The word from AmoPay is it will be all refunded (the money that was taken but no gold) at the beginning of the month. Just way till then and see what AmoPay does, like we all have to. Most of us, including me, have been hit with this.

Don't try and tell me "They are not responsible", they are by law completely responsible or its payment fraud, same would go if we took back money after they gave us in-game gold.

Not when that company is not the one who received the money, your issue is with AmoPay and you was told when to expect your money back.

Any consumer or company that utilizes another company or personals service is completely responsible for them not the client, as to when i was told when to expect my money back it should be nearly as fast as it was taken or not at all.
