Hi there , i didn't get my zanpakuto gegetsuburi and gold ichogi from 7 day pack , can someone fix that or i cant get them because i didn't top up?

I didn't receive my Gegetsuburi on the 3rd day too !!!! Admin please help us. I am sure there was not needed to top up for those rewards and they are clearly shown in our game so why we can't get our free rewards ?
