Hi I am from EU S21.
After the server maintenace, both Ultimate BP and Treasure Map events have reset?
Can you please address this issue.

yeah i did the same have like 48 crystals now and lost 15k doing an instance doesnt seem to fix it also im on server 48EU

Doesn't work, I did an instance and got 4 crystals, checked the Ultimate BP event, I had a total of 4 crystals, I refreshed the game, still 4 crystals. Both events (treasure map & ultimate bp) were reset and the end time is still around 8 hours from now.

I saved my vitality just for this event. all vitality ruined. (aprx 2k vitality)

EU 22 Saraxpl i wana me cupons and gold BACK i have 0 crystal and 0 vitalyty i be in top 5 or 6 now i .....

that doesnt fix anything though. You do not get your old crystal score back. im sitting on 3 crystals when i was on over 18k crystals!

I think they had it confused with lvl 30, 50, 70 etc. instances.

charlie means is instances on world map to get the mats for creating equipments. do it 1 time
Now mine already fix.

I just autoed the lv 70 and lv 50 instances = no crystals , then i manually entered lv 30 instance did 1 battle = no crystals.

Refreshed the game still no crystals.

Wait for what? in my server eu 33 there isint a single person who has gotten their crystals back.

I am pretty sure the instance isint the issue here.

For anyone who spent gold on this event, and didn't receive crystals or gold back, this is considered theft by your company. You took our money and gave us gold, we used it to buy something in the game, and then you deleted what we bought. That is 100% stealing from your customers we expect to be reimbursed for what was stolen from us, and compensated for the rewards we should of had in the event. I was 2nd in this dumbass event on my server, and now any new person could join and get 1st with all the free vit you give out, seriously this is some bullshit, get your act together and fix this shit!

Yeah and the difference where only a few hundred If nothing happens i also want my gold back then. we did put alot in there and i also tried everything they said would work here in the forum now im after trying a few times at about 70 crystals now.
top 10 lost all ice crystals only like 5 people kept them on server EU48.

nothing is wrong with the crystals , i had all my crystals back after i looted some crystals at the leveling map , and you should wait 5 minutes after attacking to get the list refreshed.

don't spamm the same issue until you make sure it's working.

No there is plenty wrong considering I have earned 945 from Auto battles and it still has not reset to my 12k

Our server had at least 20 people over 6000 crystals 10 of them being over 8000 and 5 over 10,000 Now it has 1 person at 1500 and the rest are below him.

Okay then ill post again i tried it 3 time each time with about 15 minutes inbetween and refreshing before and after the solution try now i cant go into an instance anymore and still got only 48 ice crystals and lost 13-14k also i did login about 10 minutes after the servers went online and tried in there and it has passed some time already so i dont really know how to fix it anymore and i would like to get my 2. place^^ i started posting here becouse i wanted long enough and seemed like no fix where working

that method of supposedly getting the crystals back didnt work anyway. I did both normal and speed runs and neither of them gave me back my 3rd place in the end i ended up with rank 20.

All i can hope for now is that they address this situation and reward us fairly, without thinking about how much cash they can milk us for in the next one and not some BS compensation like was given to cover the delay of their server monkies failing to do their job in a timely manner.

I am definitely disappointed with the management of the last event being at 20k then loosing it all, coupled with the fact all Asian players now have to play through a VPN to play on the servers, it makes you wonder if the support team is even trying to help players.

I agree, we all know they have there problems to fix, but to not inform players of when things are likely to be done is why so many players are quitting the game due to perceived lack of care and support.
