Beauty Game

Hi I have spoken to other players and my beauty game is bugged...
I have been playing the game and signging in continuously sometimes 3 times daily since i started the game, but my profile has gotten no additional tries...
My beauty game is still only limited to 5 tries daily and this has cost me a large number of souls, as the players i've started with are all much further than me now in their soul maps...
Could you please aid me with some type of compensation for the souls i could have gathered from the beauty game by now and please fix my bug...
I've taken a sceenshot and from what it says on screen it seems like i should have had at leasy 75 tries daily by now...
I have emailed [email protected] with no repsonse...

I'll try that tomorrow.
but was hoping they could compensate me with some souls for the amount of time I've lost.
I would have been so much further in my soul map by now, if the beauty game was adding my 5 extra tries every 3 days...

I had the same problem year or two ago, sticking just to one specific game all the time fixed the thing.

I only play the same beauty game though...
I'm only interested in souls, so hoepfully it gets sorted...
Because players that started with me are much further along in their soul maps, as they received the additional chances...
I'm still stuck on 5 daily

On my currently level a perfect run, which i always get gives me 820 souls...
With the 75 daily chances i should have by now i am missing out on a potential 61 500 souls daily and only receiving 820
This is seriously affecting my progress as i would be so much further in my soul map and possibly have a red main character by now...
I do not have the additional tries the game only lets me do 5 attempts daily...
if i had the additional tries i would not have made the post...

you have them, you just dont use them. your bonus tries.
