100 gold top up to ignite daily chest where u have to top up. while 200 gold is lowest u can top up. do change top up prices. or change the gold price u have to top up in events. to match the price. accordingly. it's just eating away people money that have to pay twice the amount to get that little top up chest reward. but then again, who am i to speak so.

Even though they provided that type of information. For each 100g value top up you will get 1 free chance. Eg: 200g top up = 2 free chance

So...I'm a little confused with the Xmas Wishes since it never explained how to get bells. How exactly can you get bells? Do you win them by defeating enemies in tasks or is there some other way?

to get bells, you have to make a wish, from the 2nd tab.
1 free chance each day, after day it will cost you 20 gold per wish

There was never any 'Wish' thing on the servers I play on, nothing about bells either. Just UBP. None of these 'Xmas Carnival' things have happened on the servers I play on...
