Zanpakuto fortify lies?

with muramasa, 15% speed to assaulter, +9k speed on fortify
main gets 64k speed normal

with tengen myo'o, 12% speed to assaulters, 0 speed on fortify
main gets 52k speed normal

edit:These are stats WITHOUT reiatsu...

so it looks like fortify bonuses are actually applied to normal stats
and its not just appearances, i tried both in bond training, with muramasa i can attack before a monster with 60k speed, but with tengen i cant

those are normal speeds without reiatsu, not speed with reiatsu

i know thats what it says, but it is affecting my main's normal stats
and the stats actually affect bond training battles, which is pve not pvp
