My Ichigo blanked out in Hueco Mondo Attack

server S238 on Facebook Gameroom connect (It's also called US server S547 from the Gogames website, I believe)

My Yellow Ichigo Kurosa is blanked out in Hueco Mondo Attack. This is the Ichigo you get for free on a new server, on the 5th day, if memory serves. He appears just as a blank square that I cannot drag into formation, and only in HMA. I can bring him into HMA battle if I place him into formation, before entering Hueco Mondo Attack. Just when I am already in HMA, I cannot. I have to leave HMA, place him into formation, and re-enter HMA if I want to use him there. Anyone else have a glitch similar to this, and any ideas on how to fix it, please?

Isshin Kurosaki also had this problem. I believe it has something to do with them duplicating these characters so there are two different versions that are used between the Chinese version and the GoGames version.

They will not fix this issue, especially being so relatively minor, I can guarantee that. There are pretty major bugs that they still haven't and don't fix. Welcome to Bleach Online, an addictive game with careless developers. Take your wallet and run while you still can.
