Exclusive skill HVI changed ? changed. But fix Exclusive skill with buffs to attack(from zanpakuto), they forgot. facepalm

what do you mean?

Test the damage of a normal skill and exclusive skill with Kyoka Suigetsu or Ryujin Jakka (zanpakuto with baffs on attack). Damage from a normal skill is usually higher than with an exclusive skill.

It does more damage than original skill. How is it not?

If you are going against a Blood War Byakuya or high block enemy, maybe original is better. It's still useless in Void Region.
