Kaname is a PVP god (Battle report included as proof)

People say kaname is a failed Assaulter, You are all dead wrong, all of you, most of you have said kaname is useless. Well, I use kaname for pvp and then switch him with grimmjow for PVE. Anyway, He has speed talent, and has a major increase to speed, i only have level 6/7 agility stones on him and his speed is nuts, about 86k.

Anyway, He competely destroys incoming damage. That + his speed skill + usually 1st strike = domination. He really is a god. So, Please all go and look in the tavern again, and take note of his skill and ability. I swear I am the only one who uses him, people all went mainstream and got ikkaku, plain and simple.

I admit that tosen is better than I thought he would be but for me ikkaku was the only choice since I needed someone who could be pvp/pve at the time. I can definitely see how beastly tosen can be though for people who have an excess of gold reishi to spend.

ikka u can use him for both... pvp he is good wit his debuff fury... pve es he is good wit crits...

Tosen does not decrease fury.

I have said quite a few times before that Tosen is quite good. He is one of those characters that needs to exist. Almost all of the control in this game is Support based. We have no real assaulter based control ( Tosen and Isshin being the only real options ). That being said, he is a rock vs paper kind of matchup. His debuff only lasts for 1 turn, meaning that if the opponent has a T1 fury set up, and you don't, he does nothing. If you have a T1 fury set up, and they don't, he does nothing. If the opponent is faster, he does nothing, etc, etc.

There is a lot of potential for him to fail, but when he works it is amazing ( and you can build around him ). He is a lot like Nel, SWP Toshiro, etc in this regard. I would rank him above Toshiro, and below Nel if we are being completely objective, but he is very good if you do him right.

I wouldnt buy a crew, who is only useful for pvp in a short level range and is dropped a bit later anyways.
Ikkaku and Kisuke are much more important in this level and can be kept longer. They increase massively the damage in events, which brings a lot more silver and exp.
Further Tosen is one of the few assaulters who needs another weapon.
