Top Up Problem ?

Hello,

I just recharged my account with 50 USD, and I received a message saying that the payment has not been valide, or is "declined". But on my bank account, I see that the payment has been done. To be sure it wasn't a bug, I did it a second time... the same thing happened. So here I am, with more than 100 USD (39,7€ x2) lost.

Well, I'm getting a bit upset, so I'm seeing other post on the forum, and it seems that some people have been getting money back.
For now, no gold has been received yet.
