Level issue with Ultimate Equipment

i've gone through most of the threads and can't find an answer. I've read that some of the ultimate equipment boxes can't be opened until you reach the specific level that the equipment says. (i.e. need to be lvl 110 to open a lvl 110 equipment box). This is really inconvenient for me since I'm still only level 66 (
However, I've constantly seen level 60's get multiple aquaria sets and am wondering which ones can be opened earlier and where to get them from.

Reio Guardian that janken thing gives you lvl 100 weapons set on 8th day (guessing) or 7th. That you can directly forge into Shutara's shop and you dont have to open it since it directly gives you weapons in the equipment tab. Hope you understand this.

Ichibe offers lvl100 set for 5 points in reio guardian on 6th day (not sure lol).

Ultimate equipment Chest need lvl 35 to open and give it to you equipment lvl 100 that you transform to aquaria i guess .

surprise gift box give also lvl 100 set, u can upgrade it to shutura and use it at lvl 60
