Exactly how it works?
Simple :
Just add up all the team's attack.
571.411 + 1.173.938 + 527.090 + 1.561.124 + 367.961
= whatever the result shows (cuz I use my phone to calculate, but empty battery, rip)
then multiply the showed result by * 0.3 = 1.260.457 as the picture below shows (the 6 digits numbers are mutilations).
Since your enemy's team has B.Kenny with his +20% ATK halo, you may need to multiply the team's attack by 1.2 then 0.3, or the opposite way, or it doesn't count (and the burn just pick the base ATK)
The 1st, 4th and 7th round attack all enemies, growth rate is 21% (own side's attack power total), Ignite all enemies for 3 rounds, growth rate is 30%. Cast mutilation on all enemies for 3 rounds growth rate is 14%, increase own assaulter's attack by 25% for 3 rounds and increase all allies' defense by 150% for 2 rounds.

If I understand your question...you are asking how the ignite runs right? Like, it says 30% obviously, but you want to know 30% of what since it doesn't clarify?

you must assume it is the shit in the brackets... i though it is associated with the hp but nah RJ is broken as always that zampakuto can kill the game...

I think it is safe to assume that it is based off of your sides attack power but that being said, burn and poison have never seemed to work as intended as seen in events like void
