just to point out

stark gains 14 modify fragments each day normal, lv100 partners are only suppose ...

just like kisuke lvl 80 partners gain 11 fragments but kisuke get 22

yep well thats because this event still stuck at Stark, Yoruichi and Kisuke, so till suxgames fix that this event dont work for other chars

And i guess SWP chars mods still buged
