So i'm trying to get the bond from having ichibe (for my oetsu) and i've met the requirements about a dozen times but it will not give it to me.

did you remove zanpakuto? with main and Oetsu only? Do you have 3 Stars?

Yeah I had met all conditions, for whatever reason resetting my game and doing it again solved it :/

I have this issue a lot in the conquest page.

I have some issues on my empty-ichi vg too, can't even read his fudgeeng bonds text.

those conquest crap, I only do the hard one and slowly accumulate my stuff, I don't even bother going nightmare lol!
