Apparently, you tried to expand your backpack, but you do realized you don't have enough Tool Bag Expansion, you will cover the rest with your gold/coupons right? So, you consumed those yourself. GoGames won't be returning your consumed coupons.

happens to me all the time had 1k gold disappear on last server merge I really do wish they had some ...

Do you want me to ask them to check your logs too? I have never seen gold/coupons disappear myself, its always the case up till now that people have been using them by mistakes.

Nope, this happened in the past and I Had mails exchanged with support and resolved, explained the all situation
