but christ ichi have better stats (4.3 vs 3.5 STR growth rate)  and shini yoru skill gives her invulnerability that makes that she can't block

OP, don't listen to these niggas, peoples just vote Shini.Yoruichi because she was great but at that time Christmas Ichigo was hella weak compared to even the 7-days version, he got buffed for a reason months after, Ichigo is underrated.
What makes Xmas Ichigo so good compared to Shini.Yoruichi is he gets a total of 18% STR, 30% ATK, 36% DMG from his parameters alone, without counting the recovery of 100 fury to self on skill, and Shini.Yoruichi what does she have ? Only 6% ATK and 18% DMG.

Shini.Yoruichi is more for PvP while Xmas Ichigo is for PvE, OP asked for a PvE partner not PvP, lmao players be trippin' these days...

Xmas ichigo is better in PVE than shini yoro if you look at working on him.
BUT since its xmas ichigo and seeing your partner options here you are looking for something to use in current PVE. so realistically you will not have enough spare mod frags to get up an event partner to high enough modify and bond level to make viable use of Xmas ichigos attack potential which will be stuck at there potential.Shini yoro will at base no mods or bonds will give better results if you are starting up and looking for a secondary PVE assaulter and since she works well in PVP i will reccomend her over ichigo.

Dont get me wrong ichigo can be better but by the nature of this post stick what i am assuming from it stick with yoroichi you gain more and save up the mod and bond frags you will invest in bim for a UBP assaulter or maybe tavern ikkaku or Byakuya till you can get something stronger.
