Payment 800 gold

A little while ago (minutes) a sister of mine paid with her card in offgamers so that my account was deposited 800 gold to use in Bleach Online
The problem is that despite the payment she made, she said that she did not start making the payment, but this is what appears to me:

You just have to wait for them to process the payment. It's hard to guess how long it will take. This is why I buy store credits and then use the store credits to buy top-up for Bleach Online.

If you use offgamer, it would be much easier, they will send you notification through your email on every steps they are taking till you get your gold.

I seriously encourage people to use OffGamer and register a paypal account for more secure payments.

Will my gold or my sister lose money in vain? Just solve that doubt from the capture I showed you xD

well if the bank didnt process the transaction (check with bank) then you wont lose the money.
