Christmas Ichigo or Shin Grimmjow?

I'm level 80 right now. I just have a fully infused spirit blade Fire Lord weapon that nobody I have in my team can even use. So I was thinking about getting Shin Grimmjow from SWP since he can actually wield it, and replace Christmas Ichigo with him.(My Christmas Ichigo is using a lvl 50 shadowkill weapon if you were wondering)

What is your team? Vip lvl etc...
Personally I would get Ikkaku from tavern (great PvE and solid PvP) or if you are vip 1 upgraded SWP Grimm. Still elaning towards ikkaku tho. Otherwise I would keep Christmas Ichigo, he is OK.

My formation for PvE is Ikkaku (with fully infused fire lord armor) Ghost Blade Main, Christmas Ichigo, Rukia and Kirinji. My zanpakuto is Senbonzakura, and dragon slash. VIP 4

For pvp it's the same formation except rukia is replaced with Sajin, and my main has the fire lord equipment with uses destroy the world.

Hmm, get Urahara instead of Rukia. And honestly I would keep Christmas Ichi for now. i dont think the Grimm is worth if you dont want to upgrade him. Look for another supp maybe? Like Shunsui (tho you would have to change stones and stuff..)
