OK let me try to give a decent analysis for people who want to be sure if you should get her or not cause i know alot of people are having that question and cannot be sure.

Positives:
+immune to fury deduction. Very important for the support role otherwise it is really easy to shut you down and make most of your use null.
+12% Attack and speed drop for enemy supports:Well its a good halo no mattter how you look at it so another pro.
+AoE shield a weak one but has uses against some setups with certain strats which is rare for UBP partners as the only partner without ex skill to give that from UBP or CSB shop so far has been Yhwach.
+Aoe fury deduct so yeah ruins enemy T1s all the way a good disruption ability.
+25% attack and Speed you can argue that there are supports that give more attack but seeing 25% attack is the best what any zan gives so far i.e:does not ruin that + the speed and seeing as she is slow in her own teams regard while still nefing enemy supports to be slower its possible to make moderate assaulters act before enemy supports which are usually the only chars you should be concerned about outspeeding so PVP wise this is a superior trade off, in PVE would still with a 50% booster if you even have one to begin with.
+Easy to obtain and activate bonds which is rare for a UBP partner and these are good ones that can effect her speed and suitability to which is always a bonus.
+Has a 25% chance to regen 100 fury for a char on team, not always usefull but has both PVP and PVE applications that can assist in situations.

Negatives:
-Her shield though good is rather weak and not easy to break so you will have to arrange her speed to go after enemy disrupter or be close to the assaulter, not immpossible but can cause inconvenience.
-her EX skill is not worth looking to much into compared to normal skill.

So verdict:If you are someone with an assaulter focus she is probably one of the best supports UBP will offer for you your team does not need to be assaulter heavy either you have have a good and fast assaulter, its ideal to use her with nuke assaulter formations.If you dont have any attack boosters period she is also a very good pick since her 25% attack is nothing to scoff at and 50% attack boosters are rare aswell so for a new player she is a definite must if you are new do get her since a booster is always good.As for my personal opinion the only supports that are better than her from UBP so far have been noble isane and shy nemu with hiki having several cons in comparison as far as PVP is concerned which makes elegant the bettter pick overall however for PVP that 50% attack is a superior choice.Not every team can make her work ofc like i said she is assaulter focus but if you team is working with atleast even a half decent assaulter she will show results.

hmm don't suppose anyone has any idea who's coming in UBP after her? That's also a bit of a defining factor in whether I'll get Elegant

I say both shy nemu and noble isane are superior supports to her but the thing is both of those 2 work really well with elegant uno so you can use them. You can make an argument for hiki but she is not as good as people think she is and is rather outdated overall.

any point of getting Uno and switching Hiki with her?

yes I thought noble isane was better...maybe I'll just wait and see if they come around again, don't want to blow all my vit on someone that's not going to drastically improve my form. I know Hiki was the best a long time ago, but at the moment she's still the main force winning some battles for me by getting in that first attack. Basically her and Yhwach are doing most of the job in my form lol, Shinso is just coming along giving fury to everyone.

That said I have been obliterated by some people's OP shinsos, so old partners aren't always bad, depends on how they're built

Its up to you but do remmber that just like noble may not come around again, there is always the same chance for unohana.
Edit:Also i do say better but elegant is kinda diffirent booster as in she has seperate things that she boosts and noble boosts diffirent attributes.
