Do ubps come exactly 30 days from each other now?

Did some math and figured out the date between TSI in ubp and Elegent Unohana in ubp is exactly 30 days apart. TSI came on the 18th, and Unohana on the 20th. (Feb only has 28 days if you're confused)  Has this been the case for recent ubps?
If this is the case, then the next ubp will be announced 12 days before the arrival of that UBP in US servers. Just like Unohana was announced on the list of all ubp thread on March the 8th, 12 days before she came to US servers on the 20th.
Following this, the next ubp should be announced on April the 7th, and arrive in US servers by April the 19th.

It's roughly 30 days. It varies because each month can have a different number of days.
