I was going for BWB but only got 1000 points and had no more money so i just got shunsui and grimjow mod souls. (I tried to make the best out of horrible luck.)

For stack yhwach is better any day of the week. B shunsui is a debuffer/Stack counter with minor support options like his speed halo, stacking him will not do you as good neither in PVP or PVE. B shun does have a better growth rate of 400% but yhwach gains astronomically higher attack and damage rate which will allow him to do more damage with an Aoe.Its better to add in a fury builder or a fury support with death like tavern kisuke due to these guys obv weakness of no fury deduct immunity either way and you can save up gold later to replace either of them when needed so do not worry about it.

his exclusive is really good, especially if his Muken or whatever your enemy heavily stacked partner was killing your team; he can slow it down for you and give you the advantage to kill his team, especially if you can crit.

Okay. So who would you recommend I use with B Shunsui because I don't really have a price cap and I want to make the best team possible.

yeah he is decent, if you stack him properly, he will do damage to Void.

Like i said.
If you want to stack its better to stack Yhwach over shunsui. Shunsui is not bad at all but he is not build to be a main support/partner.The EX skill is nice but wont make him excel to much compared to normal either. Yhwach is a good partner and should be able to carry you much further overall as i am assuming you are hypothetically saying level 70 for the said skill which as i am assuming you are either early or mid game is not an easy task by any means.
