I purchased 400$ worth of gold from offgamers it told me I had to wait. I waited a few hrs and the money was taken from my account but got an email saying that it was canceled is there anyway to fix this so I can get my top up

As far as i know, if they did cancel, you must get your money back. So you can try again later.
