Hard to say...

Personally running Stern Uryu, Grantz, Bw Byakuya, Noble Isane and some fights swap Isane for Gijno. Zanp switch between Katen, Benihime and RJ depending on what I need.
Have some decent success, but been having issues with some fury reduction from Bw Mayuri / Tsukishima.

Stern seems to be the go-to assaulter right now, definitely out damages everyone in void.

+1 i run the exact same formation except i dont have any fury deduction problems
since i run paper def suicidal granz he dies after enemy supp skills recovers stern's fury by 100 and fight ends there
