Hi guys, I have to change my strategy since I decided to not reincarnate for now. So, can someone please tell me all the characters that have the ability to cast chaos on the opponents?

Kirinji casts chaos on two random enemies
Shy Nemu on Assaulters  (also has a modify that casts chaos on enemy supporters when she dies)
I don't remember others at this time.

Aside from the character's that Asian already said , i believe that Raijin Yoruichi also chaos.

other than that shy is best if you cant get raijin yoru.

Koga casts chaos on supports i think, and Kyoka Suigetsu zanpakto cast chaos on one random enemy on 2 rounds
