Retsu Unohana Kenpachi last mod

I no longer use this partner, but I'm interested in the latest mod i think it can be useful in some fights (When being attacked, have a 100% chance to poison the enemy target for 2 rounds, growth rate is 50%).
Is the mode activated on the zanpakto attack or only on attack from enemy team ? Can someone who has the latest mod on Unohana reply or send battle report?

it only works on the attacker which means 1 partner
and since zanp doesnt have HP it wont trigger the mod

So first enemies partner who attack my Unohana gets poison  2 rounds?

as far as I remember it only worked one round though, very disappointing mod. It was a long time ago when I got Unohana in UBP, maybe they fixed it since then

She is not the only character with this modify.
Also, it's plenty pointless so don't bother with it.
