Cool events rebate question.

Ok so for the second week of cool events theres an accumulated top up for coupons and gold, and it says that you get rebates from it but all i got was the items. So the question is, are said items the rebates or was i supposed to get gold back as well as items?? Also a side note, I'm on server 651 and ever since logging out after the event ended (2 or 3 hours afterwards) i have not been able to log back in ( my first try was not until 12 hours later so im not sure if this is related though)

So I dont have an answer to your question but I do have a follow on question. I also haven't been able to log in since last night. I got off around reset and tried getting on 3 hours ago and keep getting an error. I attached a picture, is this what youre seeing too?

Yes, refused to connect. and our timelines line up as well, might be maintenence or something.

Also i just remembered it wasn't Cool events it was top up gift pack. My bad.
