Which event does HVI come in?

Well, its pretty self explanatory but which regular events can I find HVI in? also how much would he cost there?

HVI is a fine partner but he's kind of old now, so u can have a better assaulter with almost the same cost,
now for your Q i think u can have him in bargain sale for 40 credits, the event is 5 days long n for daily 4k top up u get 2k gold n free gift-pack purchase.
every purchase = 1 credit, the price of those packs vary from 800 to 3200 gold (u refresh for 50 gold) but i'm not sure if they give the 2k n the free purchase daily or 3 times max.
with 150% gold rebate u need 250~300$ which is a very high price for a 2017's partner.u can have him also in fool's day event which is gonna be in April but i dont know how much the cost.
now my advice is to keep a sharp eye on upcoming events n choose the best combo to top up, u can have more gold n rebates with ultimate charge + reio's furnace + golden wheel, or u can just wait for christmas event with lower price.

yes add to that the fact that his last mod isn't working anymore so u'll be struggling against stacked vgs and all those RJs out there
i suggest u try aiming for BW ulq or grim instead
but yeah b.sale is about the only event that has hvi in it regularly for 32-40k gold
