probably on first 2 days there isnt enough people to register, and later on it does?

If i don't mistake, we are  around 20 and ok maybe i was in mistake about that but the 2nd day i can't register. When i click on the button : "pbs encounter"

I'm in EU S168, i got problem for the beggining of this CSB but now it's good ^^.
