infusing spirit

Hello, I am lvl42 and I dont see how to infuse spirit to my purple items?
also, I have skill stones (revive, more dmg when less than 5% and so on) but when I use them from my backpack and the window opens, I pick a weapon and nothing happens, i.e. I dont get a skill from the weapon stone on the actual weapon applied, why? (meaning my enchant doesnt work)

That's not infuse. That's refine and is available after lvl 50 I believe.

I have seen ppl with <50 that have those stats, it is shown on weapon as infused spirit dmg or smthing like that, cant check ingame at the moment

It was probably the ultimate set weapon, other than that at level 50+ spirit infused weapon can be enchanted aswell
