Is Ulquiorra worth it?

Tried posting this on my phone and was basically frustrated so instead of making a long explanation I'm going to get right to the point.  =)  

Currently lvl 89.  I have 210 Ulq coupons from events already while leveling up.  13k Heuco points saved up so getting him isn't a problem.  I also plan on picking up Tavern Ken as well.  Currently I run a 1-3-1 except for events with Visored Hiro, Ikkaku, Shini yoru, Main, and Shini Ura.  I can't tell you how many coupons I have for Renji, Grimm, Toshiro, and Nel.  I can never keep on the same path but since I don't plan on screaming through the next 10 or 20 levels I figured I would get Ulq then start saving up again for SWP Ken.  I don't see a lot of post about Ulq so hoping some people have 1st hand knowledge that this is a decent plan.  I'd hate to finally pull the trigger on a SWP partner only to find out he sucks (even though he looks bada$$).

If you're looking for a pvp based character this is your guy.
Having a second character that attacks all enemies is pretty good, not to mention the burn and fury regen.

PVP is pretty much what I was looking for with him.  I think Ken will take care of single target events well enough.

+ SWP are the coolest

I heard when you recruit a SWP partner, they come with your current lvl?
Like when you are lvl120 and you recruit renji
he will be lvl120??

but I don't know if thats true or not.. hope someone with SWP partners have experience with this

EDIT : If thats true, I recommend you to recruit him at higher lvls

When I recruited Ulquiorra for this Heuco Mundo Trail event, I got him at level 90.  I'm level 102

Ulquiorra's a cool partner to have as an all hit, but he's fairly useless as his damage and burn is fairly weak.His upgraded form is great, but not right now..

But it does open up some fun combinations:

Starrk
CSB Bya - Main - Shin Ulquiorra
Shinso


That would be 5 all-hits, lol
But I'm probably not going to get Starrk, and stick with Shin Shura Kenpachi for the lols

they come as the lvl required to collect the coupons. since ulq requires lvl 90 to buy his coupons he will come as 90
