Lost accessories

My 105 lvl gin had 2 100lv str accessories. I used exchange all to my unohana who is 90. Then I remember my gin needed those 2 str for the stun rate so I removed them from uno, and instead of going to inventory they completely dissapeared. I tried refresh/logout but nothing happened. They are not in my bagpack anymore. Is there anythign I can do to get em back?
Edit : Okay they are back in my inventory with 0 fortify, wtf is that? I was preparing them for main, now I lost about 15 days of campaign, gg.
