Don´t you ever upgrade?

hi,
i have the same problem as many of those guys out there....blackscreen.
only with this kon and the task bar @ the bottom.
yesterday i played with no problems, today nothing worked.
clean cache, change browser (torch,ie,chromemozilla,opera) , dna cache clean, registry clean, all....
i´ve downgraded adobe to 11 then 12 then 13 and so on...nothing worked.
and i dont think my hardware stands in my way

so i dont think the problem is on my site

what can i do now?
