Tobiume(Bankai) have bug : In game says :

Assaulters have speed and damage rate bonus +9%

In arena fight;supporters have bonus :

actually i believe that is just a visual bug and tomb increases assault speed and attack. If you don't believe me just take your zap off and see that your main dropped in speed. In the battle pic it should be vanguard -> assaulter -> support. The visual made it vanguard -> support -> assaulter instead.
