i vote for zangetsu over hyorinmaru, why
cos you get more dmg , and ur assaulters get more speed, use that wisely and you will excel in pvp/csb.

speaking of hollow map, that is not as important as pvp or ES/ryoka, you get to open up a spirit star yes, but you need to collect spirit star fragments for them too. i would say take the hollow map route on your own pace. considering your level, you will need lotsa dmg and high level stones to reach the back row. with zangetsu, you get extra dmg to all plus 33% speed.  get all your characters activated with the 4 spirit star first, then go to 3 etc. that way you get a balanced team. if you aim at hollow map only then you will be topping up every month just to finish one minion.

hyorinmaru you can get him later, if you are really in need of clearing a new hollow map that too after trying all the possibilities of your current team. learn how much atk you do, how much dmg you receive and then think if that hyorin will be of any use to you.

so for your current lvl and char, i would say zangetsu, more silver you will get and more exp scrolls/forge/modify etc you can do with it

Hyorinmaru is more to build your tankable sajin or should i said defensive vanguard
Zangetsu is good for high damage dealing for your assaulter
