Rangiku vs renji(tavern)

Who do you guys think will deal high damage in pve?
Rangiku (critical hit)Renji (200 % growth attack of his skill)
and one thing
I am about lvl 80. So, who do you think i should recruit first whether Ikkaku or Yoruichi?
I am using 1-3-1 formation sajin-vanguard, main kido, ichigo gold and rangiku-assaulter, rukia-supporter

if you have rukia recruits Ikkaku lvl 80. after Kisuke and lvl 90 Kenpachi for ryokas
ryokan Training: Rukia Kisuke ikkaku and Kenpachi zanpakuto Zabimaru.
if you have a good critic is better Renji.
if you have low, best Rangiku critical.
Renji and Rangiku better use together is better pve more dmg

How about the vanguard in ryoka attack?
Should i use 2-3 formation in roka attack to increase my damage?
I dont know whether my assaulter can defend the attack from ryoka?

The beginning waves of ryoka do like.5 damage so when they hit more put ur vanguard back in

HAH good luck getting Ryoka Attack Kills nowadays in servers 89 and 90 Us. within 5 seconds were on like wave 22. it's pratically impossible to get a low health one now-a-days
