Best event to buy partners?

Hi there! I am wondering at the moment what event is easiest/cheapest to get decent partner for pve/pvp. I am currently level 81 and willing to top up decent amount of money
after I am sure when it is efficent. Not rich enough to burn my money for testing or fun xD so any suggestions are welcome. If you mind could you also post price of the char.
