At lvl 70 Rukia, Nanao, Renji, main and Kensei i guess
but i would wait for Ikkaku and Urahara at lvl 80 then Kenpachi at 90 and not take Kensei
If you need pve right now take kensei, renji and rukia

go with renji,rukia,momo,shin renji or lisa yoduman use zabimaru zanpaktou, use incinerate skill for more damage
