I think once a person has leveled up their Vitality should be refilled. I wonder what you think to this. Please vote and lets see if this will be added in the future. (Vitality runs out to fast during missions and I have been buying gold just to buy more Vitality like many other too I assume?.. we should get full Vitality onced we have leveled up IMHO.)
I do agree that vitality should be completely refilled when leveled up. The higher level you get the harder it is to gain enough EXP to always have a full vitality bar.
